firstly, i know i have not break the news yet but i think tomorrow is a good day, unless they are reading my entry now, anyway i would like to apologise to my selatra peeps for not being able to attend our biggest yet happening bbq this monday. i wish to be there but i have somewhere much important place to be at - right by my grandfather's side.
this monday, my grandfather is going through a major operation. his backbone, if im not wrong, somehow penetrating his nerve causing him cruciating pain . i wouldnt want to be anywhere but right by his side. honestly, i have to say that he is afraid to go through this because doctors said that it was a 50-50 thing. after the operation he either feel better or, touch wood this wouldnt happen, have to be wheelchaired. i pray hard he gets well.
i couldnt imagine life without him. he maybe the most stubborn person i've met but i love him with all my heart, who doesnt love their grandparents right? haha. as im writing this entry, im having flashbacks on all my childhood memories. both my parents were busy working and i was living with my grandparents. i was schooling at bedok back then and since my grandpa always go meet his friends at bedok he offered to pick me up after school and my mum would send me to school before going to work. i grew being around him and that is why i love him more than anything else.
